ET should no agreement be reached. MONTREAL VIA Rail Canada workers have voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike according to the Unifor union.

Almost 2400 maintenance workers on-board service personnel chefs sales agents and customer service staff were set to walk off the job at midnight however Unifor announced the deadline has been extended.
